Meet Wendy

Wendy’s practice extends beyond seasoned professionals.

She understands that assuming a leadership role is often accompanied by a sense of isolation and is passionate about empowering up-and-coming leaders and business partners to harness their influence in progressive and positive ways. For Wendy, coaching is an evolutionary journey – where experience meets potential, and growth knows no age or career stage.

Education forms a strong foundation for Wendy’s coaching and consulting practice. She holds a BSc. in Psychology from the University of Alberta, an MBA from Dalhousie University, and an MSc. in Psychology and Neuroscience from King’s College London. She is also a Chartered Professional in Human Resources. As a member of the International Coach Federation, Wendy has completed training through the Coaches Training Institute and holds certifications in Predictive Index, Myers Briggs Type Indicator, and EQ-i 2.0.
